Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gem Sensors 1200BG1G008A3UA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grace parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the 5020384622 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB9M3RF0 manufactured by Grace and we are pleased to be able to service most Grace systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 181803120300 by Manufacturer Haas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Haas Brand 2015hp in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by George-Kovacs such as P11775L equipment made by George-Kovacs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire George-Kovacs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "George-Kovacs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LACT24500A made by Glideforce as well as the popular 5020343110 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 287786 by Graco and P11775L spares by George-Kovacs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSM75 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis.
